Moeller Open House a Success
This year, Moeller had a successful open house with lots of future Moeller students coming to visit their future high school. The open house tours effectively showed what Moeller is all about, how much Moeller means to the current students, and how being a future Moeller student can improve each individual and our school as a whole.
The Moeller open house provided a great opportunity to show current middle school students how high school life will be and what our campus has to offer. The open house is a first step in making potential students feel welcomed and accepted here at Moeller.
During the tour, current students serve as guides to give potential students and their parents a feel for what Moeller has and all the opportunities we offer. Moeller does a great job of showing love to clubs and teams by having them set up in the gym. This allows parents and future students to imagine what activities they might want to participate in if they come to Moeller.
It also does a great job of showing future plans and improvements Moeller is undertaking. When showing new students and parents the school, it is important to convey that Moeller is always trying to get better, and that continuing to grow and improve as a school is and will aways be a part of the goal here.
Moeller Senior Matthew Barnard served as a tour guide at open house. He said, “Being a guide and role model for the future Men of Moeller is something I have dreamed of since I went to my first open house in 2017. Being able to bring new students to the school and continue the brotherhood even after I graduate is a great honor for me.”
Thanks to the admissions team for pulling off another great open house!
