2024 National Signing Day
Moeller Highschool had 19 total signees representing 7 different sports. In baseball there were 9 commits. Jake Bell – Bellarmine University, Griffin Booth – La Salle University, Carter Christenson – Ohio State University, Finn O'Keefe – Thomas More University, Logan Rosenberger – Defiance College, Will Schirmer – Ohio Dominican University, Zion Theophilus – Louisiana State University, Charlie Valencic – Radford University, Joey Watts – Wabash Valley College. The baseball team has an insane amount of talent this year with 9 players going onto the next level. The baseball season is coming up soon and they are getting ready to have a great year.
Moeller had 2 people sign for football Jonah Hayes – Northwestern University
Matt Fogler – Colgate University. Both Jonah Hayes and Matt Fogler are coming off amazing seasons coming up short in the State Finals. Mathew Fogler is a tall, fast, and strong receiver. Fogler had 884 yards on 39 receptions. He averaged 17.7 yards per catch and had 16 touchdowns during the season. Jonah Hayes had 65 total tackles and 6 sacks. Colgate and Northwestern are lucky to have these guys.
There was one soccer commit and one golf commit for Moeller Highschool. Paxton Hafner - Carnegie Mellon University, Landon Harris – Wright State University. Captain Paxton Hafner who plays center back is coming off an excellent season where they lost to St. Charles in the State Semi Finals. Wright State Golf Commit Landon Harris had record breaking season who shot a Moeller Golf low of 64. Both are great players in their sport who have the potential to go even further. Moeller Lacrosse had 3 commits Max Warnecke – Ohio Northern University, Justin Sonny – Ohio Northern University, Hunter Hemphill – Maryville University. They are looking to finish their high school careers strong with a new head coach. There are big hopes for Moeller lacrosse this year because of their stacked team.
Swimming Commit Ryder Hicks - University of Louisville, is in season right now having a great year. He is going to be great at the University of Louisville next year. Moeller had 2 basketball commits Kingston Land - Indiana State University, Brady Franz - Coker University. Basketball season is just starting, and they are off to a great start. Both brady and Kingston are tall athletic players that can shoot who are going to help Moeller win this season.
