Christmas on Campus

Christmas on Campus is an event that happens every year at Moeller High School, and it’s something everyone looks forward to. It’s all about having fun and bringing Moeller students together with the younger kids from Coryville Catholic School. There are games, activities, food, and even presents, making it a day full of excitement and holiday cheer.

The event starts with kids from pre-K to sixth grade from Coryville Catholic coming to Moeller. For the little ones, the day kicks off with drawing and coloring in the auditorium. It’s a chill way for them to start and get into the Christmas spirit. At the same time, the older kids go to mass, which helps them reflect on the meaning of the season and think about what Christmas is really about.

One of the best parts of the day is the games, which is set up by Moeller students. The Moeller students organize all kinds of activities for the pre-K through fourth-grade kids. The 5th through 6th grade go bowling with Moeller students. The Moeller students make sure the kids are having a blast, and it’s awesome to see the high schoolers and little kids bonding and having a good time together.

Of course, it wouldn’t be Christmas without Mr. Beitman. Mr. Beitman helps out as Santa’s helper, makes the day special. Every kid gets a cool present from Santa, which really makes them smile. Seeing the kids open their gifts and get so excited is definitely one of the highlights of the day.

Besides all the games and presents, there’s also amazing food. Everyone—the Moeller students and the kids from Coryville—gets to sit down together and enjoy a meal. It’s not just about eating; it’s about spending time together and building connections. Sharing food makes everyone feel like they’re part of something bigger, and it’s a really nice moment.

Christmas on Campus isn’t just a fun event for one day. For the Coryville kids, it’s a chance to come to a new place, meet new people, and feel cared for. For the Moeller students, it’s a way to give back and learn what it means to help others. Everyone leaves with great memories and a feeling of joy.

This event shows what Moeller is all about—faith, kindness, and community. It’s not just about celebrating Christmas but also about making a difference in people’s lives. The partnership with Coryville Catholic makes it even better because it brings two schools together in such a meaningful way.

In the end, Christmas on Campus is a tradition that’s all about spreading happiness and connecting with others. From the games and presents to the food and conversations, it’s a day filled with fun and warmth. Moeller High School’s commitment to this event shows how important it is to care for others and share the holiday spirit.
