Connor Fuhrer
Hi, my name is Connor Fuhrer. I’m a senior at Moeller High School and am in Eveslage house. I was born in Atlanta Georgia and ended up moving to Fishers Indiana after 9 months. I lived in Fishers Indiana all the way up to the 4th grade. I went to a catholic school called St. Louis De Montfort when I lived in Indiana but when I moved to Ohio I decided to go to Loveland. However, ever since I moved to Ohio, I knew that I wanted to go to Moeller for High School because of their great success with sports, especially baseball. Some things that I do outside of school include baseball, golf, lifting, hanging with friends, and playing poker.
I love going to school at Moeller because it as allowed me to form many great relationships and friends that will last a lifetime. One of the big things for me that allowed me to do this is playing baseball. I have a lot of great friends on the baseball team and would consider them all my brothers. My favorite memory so far at Moeller came from playing baseball. Last year as a junior I didn’t expect to pitch that much since there were so many older and great pitchers in front of me, however, some injuries happened which gave me the opportunity to pitch way more than I expected. My first start of the year came against Loveland, and I knew most of those guys from grade school. I ended up having a no-hitter with 2 outs in the 6th inning but sadly gave up a hit to one of my old friends.
One thing that I am looking forward to with my final semester left is playing my senior season in baseball. It is going to be great to be playing with all of my friends one last time before we go off to college. We are a really good team this year and I don’t see us not winning the state championship this upcoming year.
