Aidan Taubert

Hi, my name is Aidan Taubert. I am not actively involved in any sports or extracurriculars at the moment. Some of you guys might know me or have seen me as a team manager for our school’s football team throughout the summer and football season, although I doubt it. I grew up here in Cincinnati in Springdale and Sharonville. I went to St. Michael’s Parish School in Sharonville from 1st – 8th grade. I never shadowed here at Moeller; I honestly don’t even know why I wanted to go Moeller in the first place, but it ended up being a worthwhile choice.

I have some great memories from helping with the football team. I started helping the week of the Lasalle game my sophomore year. Two years went by losing twice to Springfield in the semifinals of the playoffs as I’m sure many of you know. This year though was a rollercoaster of a season and making it to state was awesome, even if we lost. I really think the coolest thing is I was helping at a pivotal moment in Moeller Football history. Watching Moeller football history unfold before me was probably the highlight of my high school career. I met a lot of cool people and made a lot of great friends. It was my escape from all the negative stuff happening at this moment of my life.

When it comes to my future, I’m uncertain what it holds for me. I know I’m going end up going to college but I’m not sure where. I’ll probably just end up going to UC though. I want to have a job in sports in the future, specifically a job in football. I don’t really know how’d I’d put myself out there and get a job like that, but I’m determined to at least attempt to do so.
