Louis Wenstrup

My name is Louis Wenstrup, and I am 17 years old. I grew up in Milford, Ohio, attending St. Andrew, St. Elizabeth Ann Seton School. Now I go to Moeller High School and plan on attending college at the University of Cincinnati. I live with my sister Ella and my parents, Kurt and Shannon. Growing up I always enjoyed hanging out with friends, playing sports and videogames. I played basketball and soccer, and I am still currently playing soccer to this day. I enjoy trying new things and taking risks. I am never content and that leads me to work harder and experiment with new things.

For the rest of this senior year, I plan to acquire first honors and receive my desired awards at graduation. I have already developed many friends, and I plan on continuing to hang out with them and grow closer with them over the next few months I have left with them. For the rest of my senior year, I want to really push myself to be the best that I can, so therefore I can be the most prepared for anything life has to throw at me once I graduate. As much as I am excited for this senior year to end and for me to go off to college, I still am dreading the day that High School will be over.

As I stated above, I plan on going to UC and majoring in either business or construction management. I already have my roommates, and I am currently waiting for my acceptance. I look forward to all the fun things to partake in at college, yet I am aware that I need to stay disciplined in my academics to get my degree and be successful in life. Lastly, my goal is to have a family and stay local to Cincinnati, that way I can stay close to family and friends. I also have a small desire to travel and learn about different places and cultures.
