Alex Wildner

Hi, my name is Alex Wildner, and I am an 18-year-old senior at Moeller high school. This semester, I have the privilege of being a part of The Crusader staff and helping with the creation of the edition. A little bit of background on me is, I came from Mother Teresa Catholic Elementary School and live in West Chester Ohio. I like to spend my time hanging out with my friends, exploring and finding out about the world around me, working out, and growing as a person through personal experiences. I run track at Moeller and run in the 100- and 200-meter dash as well. I have been part of the team since my sophomore year and will continue to run this year as well.

            Now, going into my second semester of senior year, I am excited for college, but I am still focused on my classes and making the most of the little time I have left at Moeller. During these last couple months, I intend on trying to make a positive impact on those around me in class, in mentor group, and on the track team. I will also try to leave my mark at Moeller through this class and help contribute every week in whatever way I am helping complete the paper.

            For college, I am attending Miami University and majoring in Finance and getting a minor in accounting. I have quite a bit of family that went to Miami, so for me it was a pretty clear choice to attend there based on what I heard about it from family members and friends. I am excited to major in finance because I have always been good with numbers throughout my life. In college, I hope to further mature and grow as a person and be ready for the world once I graduate from Miami.
