Justin Coulehan

My name is Justin Coulehan. I attended St. Michael School in Sharonville. I played basketball, soccer, and volleyball with my friends at St. Michael. My brother and dad both went to Moeller, so I was pretty much already set on going here. I live in Springdale, and I have three sisters and one brother. I used to be a very skinny kid and never touched a weight or anything like that.

At Moeller, I started off playing soccer for my freshman year. At the start of my sophomore year, I decided that I would try wrestling that year. It was mainly because my friends tried it out and were on the rookie team the year before, so I gave it a shot. I wasn’t that great, and I got hurt mid-way through. Junior year I didn’t really do anything. For my senior year, I am a part of little buddies, and that is pretty much all.

My favorite moment at Moeller was taking the class Cincinnati History. The class itself was fun, and it was interesting to learn about the history of the place I live in. But the best part was the people in the class and the teacher Mr. Laake. It was mostly seniors and juniors, but there were a couple sophomores including myself and my friend. There were a lot of moments that were funny, and my friend and I still can look back on it and laugh about it. The field trip was also very fun as well, but it was mostly the people that made that class so fun.

After Moeller, I am planning on attending the University of Cincinnati, but I am open to some other colleges depending on the scholarships. For UC, I am planning on rooming with one of my friends that I have known since kindergarten. I want to study something health related, because that is something that I find interesting and want to have a career in.  Grad school would depend based on what I specifically go into for my major, but I don’t know about that yet. I would like to stay close to home and live somewhere around Cincinnati after college when I get a job.
