Moeller Celebrates House Day
Thursday March 21 is everyone’s favorite day at Moeller—it was the day of the annual house lunches, where students got to feast on all sorts of delicious food and desserts!
Everyone got to wear their house shirts and take part in a house meal, games, and activities in the afternoon. Mr. Wynn said, “My favorite part of house day is obviously the food.” Not only do students and teachers get to eat great food, but they also get to finish classes early and hang out and spend quality time with their houses.
Quiroga house enjoyed Raising Cane’s Chicken, Pillar and Trinity House had City Barbeque, and all the houses enjoyed special desserts brought in by Moeller parents.
The Crusader met with Kyler Paul 24’ to talk about house day lunch.
Crusader: What is your favorite part of house day?
Paul: My favorite part of house day is hanging out with all my friends. And, of course, the food is amazing.
Crusader: What house are you in and what food did your house have?
Paul: I am In Eveslage, and we had LaRosa’s pizza and a goetta truck. I am a big fan of goetta, so I was very happy we had this!
Crusader: What activities did your house do?
Paul: Our house played some games and passed the ball around, but the best part was watching the start of March Madness.
Crusader: How did it feel that this was your last house day?
Paul: It was kind of sad that this was my last house day; I am excited to graduate, but I am going to miss all the house activities.
Thanks to Kyler Paul for taking the time to talk with The Crusader. We hope everyone had a wonderful house day!!
