Meet Football Captain Drew Robinson

Captain of the Moeller football team Drew Robinson is a BEAST.

Drew Robinson played his first few games on defense on the varsity level for Moeller. The Moller Crusaders had an outstanding game, beating rival school St. X . This game was very important because the rivalry is deep, and each team wanted to win badly. Robinson says, “the rivalry is like Ohio State vs Michigan.”

Luckily, the Crusaders defense played an outstanding game and fortunately won the game 20-10, especially with Drew Robinson getting an interception. The defense also had a fantastic interception by Karson Hobbs in the same game.

Robinson wanted to take the football “to the crib.” He said, “We are proud of this defense, and we have connected to play complete football.” Robinson is ready to play his last homecoming game against LaSalle this Friday. He is super excited and plans to “run the score” against them but anticipates a “good game.”

Outside of school, Robinson is very active, and he has an “interesting life.” He likes to ride dirt bikes and four-wheelers because he has several acres of land. Robinson says he enjoys staying at the house and “chilling with my dog Sammy.” He also loves fishing with his friends. His favorite movie is Hubie Halloween staring Adam Sadler. Sandler is one of the people that Robinson looks up to because he finds him very humble.

Drew Robinson is a great senior and a great captain on the football team. Good luck with the rest of your senior football season!
