Eurchre Club Can Deal You in for Fun!

Many people have never heard of the card game called Euchre. If people have heard of it, chances are, they don’t know what it is or how to play.

Euchre combines luck and skill in a competitive card game played by two teams of two. It consists of one deck of cards using just the aces, kings, queens, jacks, tens and nines of each suit. Each team is in a race to reach ten points first, thus winning the game.

One of the difficulties with this game is learning the rules, how to play, and finding people to play with. At Moeller, those difficulties are all resolved through the Euchre club.

The Moeller Euchre club is run by Anthony Corder and Robert Whitacre, and they have meetings every other week on the first A-day of the week. The meeting is in the Digital Arts Room in the Commons.

If you don’t know how to play, don’t be nervous about attending your first Euchre club meeting. Both Mr. Corder and Mr. Whitacre are very good at working and communicating with students. They will make sure before they start the club that everyone understands how to play the game. If someone does not understand, they both work with that student until he feels ready to play.

Euchre club is fun and enjoyable. It allows you to meet new people, have fun, compete against others, and even learn a new card game that you can use in the future with other people.

If you are looking for a new activity or way to get to know more students, give Euchre club a try. You won’t be disappointed!
