Senior Trip
The upcoming Moeller trip to Italy is something a lot of students are excited about, especially since it’s only about a month away. It’s a rare chance to experience a different culture, spend more time with classmates, and do things we wouldn’t normally get to do during a regular school year. From everything we’ve heard, the trip will be a mix of learning, fun, and experiences we’ll remember for a long time. One of the things people are really looking forward to is visiting a vineyard for wine tasting. It will be interesting to see how wine is actually made and learn why it’s such a big part of Italian culture. Hearing from people who do it for a living and seeing the process up close will make it a lot more real than just reading about it. Another big highlight is the Ferrari Museum. This is something a lot of students are especially excited for. Getting to see famous cars up close and learn about their history and design will be really cool. It’s a unique way to see how engineering and creativity come together. The trip will also include a visit to Vatican City, where we will have the chance to see the Pope. This will be a meaningful moment, especially since we go to a Catholic school. Being there together as a class will make it even more memorable and personal. There’s also a white water rafting trip planned, which adds some adventure to everything. It will push us out of our comfort zones a bit and give us a chance to work together. It should be a fun way to bond and create some great memories. On top of all the main events, just being in Italy will be an experience in itself. From the food to the cities to the people, everything will be different from what we’re used to. It’s a chance to see the world in a new way and appreciate a different culture firsthand.
