Jordan Brown
My name is Jordan Brown. I am a senior and I play football, basketball student coach, and throw the shotput in track. I went to CHCA for grade school and played lacrosse and soccer with the Eagles. I am a first-generation Moeller graduate and will be excited come May. My route to Moeller was actually unexpected. I came from the CPS school district in Kilgour Elementary, and came time to pick a middle school, Walnut Hills was supposed to be the place. My grandmother and mother went to Walnut Hills, and I was supposed to be the next generation of Phillips-Browns roaming the halls of Walnut, but missed the test and wasn’t allowed into Walnut. Disappointed and panicking to find a new middle school, I followed my cousin and went to CHCA with him.
A new school meant a new chapter in my life and finding new friends, which wasn’t hard. 8th grade came and Walnut started testing again and to my luck, got accepted but also shadowed Moeller on the same day and loved it. With the long and hard talk and decision from my family, I made the decision to come to Moeller to play football. Thanks to God’s gift, I made the best decision of my life to come to Moeller. Many opportunities were presented, many friends were made, and many lessons were learned throughout my time at Moeller and now that it is coming to an end, I am grateful for the opportunity to be a Man of Moeller and will be excited for my future.
I am excited for the 2024-25 school year for the number of lifelong memories and friendships made. I am especially excited to be a part of the Crusader staff as I am interested in Journalism. I will be with the podcast team and will have many guest stars on to talk about various topics.
