Kayde Ridley

My name is Kayde Ridley. I am a 17-year-old kid who lives on the westside with two brothers, one being a freshman in college and one is 7 years old. I play baseball for Moeller and Midland and have a lot of respect and passion for the game of baseball. Although I no longer play, I am a huge fan of the NFL. I follow football more than any other sport, which is surprising since I am a baseball guy, but I love football. I am a Jacksonville Jaguars fan and absolutely hate the Cincinnati Bengals. Many are shocked since I live in Cincy, but I cannot stand the Bengals. I also do watch the Reds a lot and am a huge Reds fan. Another hobby that I like to indulge in is sports cards, preferably football. I buy and sell football cards and find it a very fun and interactive way to make some money.

I just hope that in the remainder of my senior year I keep the friendships that I have here with my brothers at Moeller. I am very excited about football season and to be able to go out to all the games with the guys I love being with everyday is great. I wish to have a great baseball season when that time comes around. I plan on keeping up straight A’s as well throughout my senior year to keep up my grades while having fun as well. Lastly, I hope to keep creating great relationships with new and other students and faculty as well as they will last forever being a part of Moeller.

After high school I plan to play baseball in college. I would love to play baseball for as long as I can. I have a ton of passion for the game and there is no reason to give it up now when you do not get a chance to play it every day. If I do not pursue baseball, I want to attend Arizona State University and study any sort of business or sports media/broadcasting. I have been to ASU and love everything about it. Campus is great and seems like the community there is also great.
