Andrew Rudol

My name is Andrew Rudol, I’m in a family of four in Loveland, Ohio. The only word to describe my life is grateful, born in Michigan and getting adopted by two parents from Wheeling, West Virginia. As someone who did sports but was never really the best of the best at any of them, but way I never really cared about that and just doing what I love made me forget about being competitive. I will still have a  love for sports even if I never really stuck with any of them, my personal favorites include football and baseball. Music has connected with me for the last few years all because of a dad who is a music enthusiast. I love to watch movies which my favorite genres include horror, comedy, and mafia. My favorites from each category can include sinister, ace ventura, and the godfather. 

The senior year is important, as I took part in football and cross country here, I never wanted to be remembered for sports, but for so the hard work I put in for the love I have for Art for all the projects I did and sketchbook pages I did. The drawings on the walls of the best work I saw as a freshman pushed me to do my best at one of my favorite subjects. I want to go out of this school as someone who really tried their hardest in their last year of high school rather than being known for something.

My future has changed more times than I can count over the last year, but the major I want to pursue in is Journalism or more specifically a nfl or mlb journalist. The reason for behind this decision is because of the love I have for those two sports, but more so I can improve my writing skills. The people who get to work with the famous athletes up close would just amaze me and that is something I am truly interested in. As someone who loves to keep up with nfl stats and likes to score mlb games on paper, I’m hoping this is the right decision for me in the future.
