Meet Mr. Mason!

Mr. Mason is one of the newer teachers around the halls of Moeller. He teaches multiple religion classes that Moeller offers, and students around the school praise their experience in his classes.

Mr. Mason is also the faith formation leader on the football team. Every week of the football season, he would read new bible verses and try to challenge players to explore their faith. He isn’t just a teacher to these kids; he tries to be a part of the brotherhood.

Mr. Mason is from Fremont, Ohio. He participated in sports and is a very active person to this day. You can find Mr. Mason in Moeller’s weight room every morning during the week besides Wednesday.

Mr. Mason has his BS in education and an MA in philosophy and theology. Mr. Mason likes Moeller because the school is different, saying “It really gives young men the opportunity to transition from boyhood into manhood.”

Mr. Mason is a great fit for this school because he takes the life of mind, body, and soul very seriously while focusing on education. Mr. Mason believes that Moeller is a great place for young men because the opportunities given here really help influence strong faith at a young age. Mr. Mason attended Ohio University where he didn’t become strong in his faith until his later years in college when it was time to settle down and focus on his faith journey. Here at Moeller, he is trying to help young men to have a relationship with God at a younger age.

Mr. Mason has a family that attends St. Gertrude, and he plans to send his boys to Moeller. He takes a lot of time throughout his day to spend quality time with his family.
